TERMS OF SERVICE

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PickleX's facilities, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Facility Use

• All players must check in at the front desk before accessing the courts.
• Proper athletic attire and non-marking court shoes are required on all courts.
• Players participate at their own risk. PickleX is not liable for injuries sustained during play.
• Please respect other players and staff. Abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Food and beverages (except water) are not permitted on the courts.

Reservations & Cancellations

• Court reservations can be made online through Court Reserve or by calling our facility.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment.
• Players should arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled reservation time.
• Reservations not claimed within 10 minutes of the start time may be released.

Memberships

• Membership benefits and pricing are subject to change with notice.
• Memberships are non-transferable.
• Monthly memberships automatically renew unless cancelled.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

Open Play & Events

• Open play sessions operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Players must rotate according to posted rules during open play sessions.
• Event registrations may have separate terms and conditions.
• PickleX reserves the right to modify event schedules or cancel events with notice.

Liability Waiver

By using our facilities, you acknowledge that pickleball and other physical activities involve inherent risks of injury. You agree to assume all risks associated with your use of our facilities and release PickleX, its owners, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries or damages arising from your participation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the PickleX website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
