PickleX Cancellation & Credit Policy

At PickleX, we strive to provide a great experience for all players. To ensure fair access to courts and programs, the following cancellation and credit policies apply.

Court Reservations & Open Play

24+ hours notice: Full credit issued to your PickleX account.

Less than 24 hours: No refund or credit.

No-shows: No refund or credit.

Clinics, Leagues & Programs

48+ hours before start: Full credit issued.

Within 48 hours: No refund or credit.

After program has started: No refunds or credits.

Private Events & Court Rentals

7+ days notice: Full credit issued.

3-7 days notice: 50% credit issued.

Less than 72 hours: No refund or credit.

Account Credits

All cancellations are issued as account credit (no refunds unless required by law).

Credits are non-refundable.

Credits are non-transferable (unless approved by management).

Credit Expiration

Standard credits: Valid for 120 days from issue date.

Promotional or complimentary credits: Valid for 60 days.

Unused credits expire automatically after the validity period.

Processing Fees

Payment processing fees are non-refundable.

In rare cases where refunds are issued, applicable fees may be deducted.

Weather or Facility Closures

If PickleX cancels a session due to weather, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances, full credit or refund will be issued.
